Digest is a small, independent quarterly print magazine that was conceived in January 2020 in Brooklyn by several friends and contributors across the country. The goal was to start a publication that was unpretentious, gave credit where credit was due, and shared the love and stories about the establishments that have been feeding us for years.
Issue 10 includes: making some backyard wine, eat Middle Village Queens, make some soup, take a lap through Vancouver’s Richmond Night market, bake with pecans, think about the grandmas, and head to Sri Lanka to source some spices.
